Better Me Perfect in house workouts with or without weights So far excellent, easy for set up, data entry, and tracking. Preset commercial food choices seem a little limited but that may be more than a best workout app. Exercise part is short and realistic, most can be done anywhere and sets are timed not counted. Haven’t used it long but I find the overall design makes it very likely that I will continue and follow through your mind.

I personally purchased a Better Me the year subscription. This app offers you a free trial but after that trial period you have to pay around 6 – 9 dollars per month. Excellent app – keeps me on track, and auto-calculated a do-able workout level for me to start from better me app free.

I keep having issues with the app when I log on. It keeps saying my subscription expired but then after I leave the app and return it is fine. That is my only issue with the app. Other than that I love the format and the timing of each exercise.

  1. Plan : in the plan section this app can track your daily Workout plan, your daily Meal, your daily Water Tracker and how much you Walk daily.
  • WORKOUT : in this section start with a Warm-Up and end with a Cool-Down but in the middle section it’s all about your daily Focusing areas that you’re gonna work out.
  • MEAL : in this section you can log everything you eat today. Be honest to track your daily consumption of food like Protein, Caloris, Fat etc. This app will optimize your program based on the data.
  • WATER TRACKER : in this section you can track your water consumption goal based on your age, body weight and how many times you achieve the goal.
  • WALK : in this section you can manage your daily walking goal & how many steps you gonna walk every day by tracking
  1. Training : in this training program you can train your body like a Pro Athletic this section divided into 3 parts Newbie, Medium, Medium.

Some Things To Improve Better Me App

I’m following through, recipes are ok – more a basis for inspiration on what to cook. I stopped drinking coffee for tea – we’ll see how that goes. The daily exercises are queued one after another without pause between them, makes it hard to follow and makes the app feel Robotic. 

but the exercises are really hard to follow. You simply don’t have any indication for the current exercise end,  how is it supposed that I’m going to keep my eyes on the screen if I’m focused on the exercises? Also there’s no time at all between exercises so you simply can’t get ready. That’s a priority. Good points about the food & water tracker and the development is very active with constant updates & Very responsive support.

Support has resolved the subscription issue. I use this app for workouts which I find varied and fun. Dropped a star as there are some performance issues with better me app download  times and exercises freezing for a second or five on a regular basis. Also no transition time between exercises is frustrating. And no audible queue on timer so have to keep an eye on the screen
